Zig Zag tower, Frosinone, Italy

The client's vision is to create a vibrant mixed-use building with commercial space on the basement, ensuring two unique frontages open to two distinct sides of the city. The building is now open to the public, with fantastic green areas that are sure to delight! These green spaces are an integral part of the master plan, seamlessly connecting to the urban traffic areas to ensure maximum permeability.

We thouth that the essential deformation to achieve the goal is a zigzag! We absolutely love keeping a higher tower! This way, we can free up space on the ground and make the most of the sun's position to orient the building just right. The colours of the façade are simply stunning! They change with the warm of the daylight throughout the year, making every day a new adventure!
