Villa Passeri, Italy
This project is an interpretation of the traditional patio house, combining it with the typical Mediterranean arch house. The client requested three different units for three different families with different needs. The result is a unique yet varied space: open and closed, intimate and public.
The arches are designed to find the optimal angle to let the sun in while protecting against direct sunlight. Sustainability involves meeting present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. It encompasses the responsible management of natural resources, minimizing environmental impact, and promoting social equity and economic viability. By adopting sustainable practices, individuals, businesses, and governments can reduce waste, conserve energy, and protect ecosystems, ultimately contributing to a balanced and resilient planet. Integrating sustainability into daily decision-making is essential for long-term well-being and the preservation of the Earth's resources.
