The main client requirement is to develop a mixed-use office building with commercial space in the basement, maintaining two different fronts that open onto two sides of the city. The building should open onto public green areas and be connected to urban traffic areas to maintain permeability.

Therefore, a zigzag shape is essential to achieve this goal. We prefer to keep a taller tower to free up space on the ground and try to orient the building correctly according to the position of the sun. The colours of the façade reflect the changing daylight throughout the year.
