Nábito Architects deep in Castilla.
A ruin in the fields of rural Castilla. A concrete skeleton, never finished.
This is what NàBITOs FLOATING is about: architecture as an open system. A project is never truly finished. It's a process, shaped as much by natural forces as by human choices, always undetermined and open to reinterpretation.
For this project we act lightly over the unfinished, suggesting. The curtains, the glass, the landscape left visible through the structure — every choice reads the beauty of the ruin rather than erasing it.
Indeterminacy isn't a lack of resolution. It's the flexible tool that lets architecture keep unfolding and adapting over time.

Castile refutes the idea of an empty Spain: its plains and villages host living agriculture, vibrant culture, historic architecture, craftsmanship, and communities reinventing rural life through sustainable farming, cultural tourism, and digital connectivity. Where maps show emptiness, there is diversity, and emerging social enterprises. Its fields, a blend of tradition and innovation, prove that apparent desolation is actually resilience, creativity, and renewal.
